The reason for that is probably that some of his data are missing. Please log in into the web application on this page in order to check this.
If the worker appears in the section "Pending", you still need to complete the missing data (upload a picture, indicate a delivery address or both). After completing the data, you still have to confirm them in the section “Confirm”.
If the worker does not appear in the section "Pending", the ConstruBadge was dispatched already. You can order a replacement badge in the section "Dispatched" if you think the ConstruBadge was lost in the mail.
Subsequently, his ConstruBadge will be dispatched to his home address as soon as possible.
Below you will find the forms for retired workers and long term incapacitated workers.
A ConstruBadge will as a rule be dispatched to the worker’s home address. The only exceptions are ConstruBadges for workers employed by foreign employers (their badges will be sent to the Belgian address indicated by their employer) and ConstruBadges for workers whose address we do not have; those will be dispatched to the employer’s headquarters instead. Replacement ConstruBadges will as a rule be dispatched to employer’s headquarters or to the indicated address in case of a foreign employer.

Belgian workers will automatically appear in the section "Dispatched", unless there are still some missing data. In that case, you can find them in the section “Pending” or “Confirm”. Otherwise, the person probably does not need a ConstruBadge because his activities do not fall within the scope of the joint commission 124 or 322 or because we have not yet received the Dimona declaration. This can take 2 to 3 days.
Foreign companies best check the sections “Pending” and “Confirm and pay”. If they do not find a worker in there, that means that we have not yet received the Limosa declaration for him (this can take 2 to 3 days) or that something is wrong with the Limosa declaration. In that case, be sure to check if these two elements are filled out correctly on your Limosa declaration:
Attention: problems with Limosa can only be resolved by the Limose service itself.
By clicking the worker who has one or more red crosses next to 'picture available' or 'address available'. On the next page, follow the instructions. This only applies to workers whose data are incomplete.
Only the picture or address of workers we do not already have the data from can be edited.
