        • You can order a replacement badge using the application. Go to the section “Dispatched” and click on the “Order replacement ConstruBadge” button.
        • The reason for that is probably that some of his data are missing. Please log in into the web application on this page in order to check this.

If the worker appears in the section "Pending", you still need to complete the missing data (upload a picture, indicate a delivery address or both). After completing the data, you still have to confirm them in the section “Confirm”.

If the worker does not appear in the section "Pending", the ConstruBadge was dispatched already. You can order a replacement badge in the section "Dispatched" if you think the ConstruBadge was lost in the mail.

        • All your worker has to do, is fill out and sign the corresponding form and send it to Constructiv, Rue Royale 132/1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, or email it to construbadge@constructiv.be.

Subsequently, his ConstruBadge will be dispatched to his home address as soon as possible.

Below you will find the forms for retired workers and long term incapacitated workers.

        • No, the ConstruBadge is only for blue collar workers of Belgian construction companies (Joint Committee 124), blue collar construction workers employed by an agreed temping agency (Joint Committee 322) and blue collar workers who are employed by a foreign employer and carry out construction activities in Belgium for a foreign company.
        • After having completed the compulsory Limosa registration, foreign employers will receive a letter from Constructiv containing their Limosa identification number and a unique code they can use to create their account and to order ConstruBadges. If the foreign employers wish to receive their registration data by email, they can send an email to ConstruBadge@constructiv.be with one of their Limosa declarations attached.
Attention: unique codes cannot be transmitted over the phone.
        • You may destroy them and throw them away at the end of each calendar year. Badges of a previous year are no longer valid. A badge for the new calendar year is dispatched at the end of December.
        • In order to be able to order a ConstruBadge for 2019 the Limosa declarations for an occupation in 2019 have to be valid. It may be a new Limosa or a declaration of a project starting in 2018 and continuing into 2019.
        • A worker employed by a temping agency will receive a ConstruBadge if he has a temping contract of more than 5 work days or a series of three short-duration contracts (less than five work days) with no more than two work days between each employment.
        • A ConstruBadge will as a rule be dispatched to the worker’s home address. The only exceptions are ConstruBadges for workers employed by foreign employers (their badges will be sent to the Belgian address indicated by their employer) and ConstruBadges for workers whose address we do not have; those will be dispatched to the employer’s headquarters instead. Replacement ConstruBadges will as a rule be dispatched to employer’s headquarters or to the indicated address in case of a foreign employer.

              2. b) one lower-case letter
              3. c) one number

You have to re-enter your username and password and then enter the numbers you see in the image in the appropriate field. If all three fields are correct, you will automatically be redirected to the application’s homepage.
              • You can find this list in the section “Dispatched”. You can also download an Excel file with a list of workers and the section they are in for the ConstruBadge. You may need this list when you go work on a construction site, where the ConstruBadge can be used for the attendance registration.
              • Belgian workers will automatically appear in the section "Dispatched", unless there are still some missing data. In that case, you can find them in the section “Pending” or “Confirm”. Otherwise, the person probably does not need a ConstruBadge because his activities do not fall within the scope of the joint commission 124 or 322 or because we have not yet received the Dimona declaration. This can take 2 to 3 days.

Foreign companies best check the sections “Pending” and “Confirm and pay”. If they do not find a worker in there, that means that we have not yet received the Limosa declaration for him (this can take 2 to 3 days) or that something is wrong with the Limosa declaration. In that case, be sure to check if these two elements are filled out correctly on your Limosa declaration:

                1. a) The construction industry has to be selected;
                2. b) There has to be a Belgian identification number underneath the worker’s name and first name.
If you have any doubts about the authenticity of your Limosa declaration, you best cancel it and make a new declaration. In case of doubt, you can contact us by sending an email to construbadge@constructiv.be. with the Limosa declarations of the workers who you think should appear in the application enclosed.

Attention: problems with Limosa can only be resolved by the Limose service itself.

              • In the section “Dispatched”, you will see a "replace"-button next to each person’s name. Click it.
              • Only the ConstruBadges for foreign workers are subject to a charge. The cost of the ConstruBadges for Belgian works is already included in the social contributions.
You can only make an online payment with the payment methods provided (debit card or credit card). You cannot pay using bank transfers.
              • Unfortunately not. Constructiv is a tax-exempt company and cannot legally issue invoices.
              • Unfortunately not for the moment. You could however indicate the address of the construction site where your people will be working, or a private address.
              • Unfortunately not. If a worker does not appear in the list, this means that his dimona (for Belgian workers) or limosa-declaration (for foreign workers) is still missing from our databases, or that it was not properly filled out.
If you suspect a mistake in a limosa-declaration, or if you think that the delay is too long between your filing of the limosa-declaration and the appearing of that worker in the ConstruBadge® web application, please send us a mail with in attachment the limosa declarations of the workers that do not appear in the list but you think should to construbadge@constructiv.be.
              • By clicking the worker who has one or more red crosses next to 'picture available' or 'address available'. On the next page, follow the instructions. This only applies to workers whose data are incomplete.

Only the picture or address of workers we do not already have the data from can be edited.
