Some of the worker's data might be missing. Please log in into the web application to see.
If he appears on the "Pending"-page you still need to complete the missing data (either upload a picture or indicate a delivery address). If not, the ConstruBadge was dispatched already. You can order a replacement-ConstruBadge on the page "Ordered" if you think the ConstruBadge was lost in the mail.
Below you will find the forms for retired workers and workers unfit for work for the long-term.
ConstruBadges will as a rule be dispatched to the home address of each worker. Exceptions are ConstruBadges of workers employed by foreign companies (their badges will be sent to the Belgian address indicated by their employer) and ConstruBadges of people whose address we do not have (those will be dispatched to the address of the company they work at instead).
Replacement badges will be dispatched to the address of the company that employs the worker.
Your CBE/KBO number is the same as your VAT number.
Your id-number is the same as your limosa identification number and can be found on any limosa declaration
drawn up prior to January 1st 2015 (see image below), or on the letter with the registration data sent to your company's main address.
Newer limosa declarations only mention your company's VAT number.

Belgian workers will automatically appear on the page "Ordered"
For foreign companies this means that one or more limosa-declarations are still missing from our databases, or that one or more limosa-declarations were not properly filled out. If you suspect a mistake in your limosa-declaration, or if you think that the delay is too long between your filing of the limosa-declaration and the appearing of that worker in the ConstruBadge® web application, please send us a mail with in attachment the limosa declarations of the workers that do not appear in the list but you think should to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the problem appears to be related to your limosa-declaration you will be asked to contact limosa.
Hint: please make sure that you indicated during the registration on limosa that you are working for the construction industry.
By clicking the worker who has one or more red crosses next to 'picture available' or 'address available'. On the next page, follow the instructions. This only applies to workers whose data are incomplete.
