          If he appears on the "Pending"-page you still need to complete the missing data (either upload a picture or indicate a delivery address). If not, the ConstruBadge was dispatched already.         • No, the ConstruBadge® is only for salaried blue collar construction workers of Joint Committee 124. Also included are blue collar construction workers employed by temping agencies (Joint Committee 322) and workers employed by foreign companies sent to Belgium for a limited amount of time.
        • After having completed the compulsory Limosa registration, they will receive a letter of Constructiv at their company's address indicated on their limosa declaration. This letter contains their limosa identification number and a unique code they can use to register an account with. If it easier for the foreign subcontractor to receive their registration data by email, you can ask them to send us an email to ConstruBadge@constructiv.be with in attachment one of their limosa declarations. Unique codes cannot be transmitted over the phone.
        • U may destroy them and throw them away at the end of each calendar year if your employee has already received his new ConstruBadge. Badges of a previous year are no longer valid.
        • In order to be able to order a ConstruBadge for 2018 a valid limosa declaration for 2018 must exist. This may be a new declaration for projects in 2018, or a declaration of a project starting in 2017 and continuing into 2018.
        • A worker employed by a temping agency will receive a ConstruBadge if he has a temping contract of more than 5 work days, or if he has a series of three contracts of less than five work days with no more than two days between each employment.
        • ConstruBadges will as a rule be dispatched to the home address of each worker. Exceptions are ConstruBadges of workers employed by foreign companies (their badges will be sent to the Belgian address indicated by their employer) and ConstruBadges of people whose address we do not have (those will be dispatched to the address of the company they work at instead).

          Replacement badges will be dispatched to the address of the company that employs the worker.

          • Your CBE/KBO number is the same as your VAT number.

            Your id-number is the same as your limosa identification number and can be found on any limosa declaration drawn up prior to January 1st 2015 (see image below), or on the letter with the registration data sent to your company's main address. Newer limosa declarations only mention your company's VAT number.

                For foreign companies this means that one or more limosa-declarations are still missing from our databases, or that one or more limosa-declarations were not properly filled out. If you suspect a mistake in your limosa-declaration, or if you think that the delay is too long between your filing of the limosa-declaration and the appearing of that worker in the ConstruBadge® web application, please send us a mail with in attachment the limosa declarations of the workers that do not appear in the list but you think should to construbadge@constructiv.be. If the problem appears to be related to your limosa-declaration you will be asked to contact limosa.

                Hint: please make sure that you indicated during the registration on limosa that you are working for the construction industry.

              • Click on "Ordered". In this list you will see a "replace"-button next to each worker. This will allow you to request a replacement ConstruBadge.
              • Only the ConstruBadges of foreign workers employed by foreign companies are required to pay.
                The sole means of payment is the online payment methods provided (debit card or credit card). You cannot pay using bank transfers.
              • Unfortunately not. Constructiv is a tax-exempt company and cannot legally issue invoices.
              • Unfortunately not for the moment. You could however indicate the address of the construction site where your people will be working, or a private address.
              • Unfortunately not. If a worker does not appear in the list, this means that his dimona (for Belgian workers) or limosa-declaration (for foreign workers) is still missing from our databases, or that it was not properly filled out.

              • By clicking the worker who has one or more red crosses next to 'picture available' or 'address available'. On the next page, follow the instructions. This only applies to workers whose data are incomplete.

                Only the picture or address of workers we do not already have the data from can be edited.
